Booking terms and conditions

• Rates: Our rates are in Canadian dollars before tax.
  Age: The minimum age to book a room is 18 years old.
• Deposit and payment: To guarantee each booking, a valid credit card, including the CVV, is required. Upon booking, a deposit equivalent to the rate for the first night plus tax is charged to the credit card. The balance of the due amount will be charged at noon (12:00 PM EST), 2 working days prior to the planned check-in.
• Check-in and check-out times: The normal check-in time for your room is 4 p.m. on the day your booking starts, and the normal check-out time is noon on the day your booking ends.
• No-show: In case of a no-show, the due amount for the whole duration of the stay will be charged to the credit card, and no reimbursement will be issued.
• Non-smoking hotel: Smoking (cigarettes, drugs, vaping, or any other substance) inside the hotel is strictly forbidden. In case of contravention, cleaning fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
• No pets allowed: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. In case of contravention, cleaning fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
• Maximum room capacity: Guests must respect the room’s maximum capacity they booked. In case of contravention, to ensure all guests’ security, the hotel reserves the right to deny access to the room or to charge for an additional room to accommodate the additional persons.
• Respect of the premises: Guests must respect the premises, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics and bedding. The hotel reserves the right to claim up to three times the total monetary value for replacing the missing or damaged objects.
