Our boutique hotel, located on the legendary Grande Allée in Québec City, features 25 unique and elegant rooms and is part of a larger hospitality complex that includes a restaurant, speakeasy, cigar lounge, and other premium experience spaces. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to embody the soul of the property and deliver impeccable service to both local and international guests.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest experience
- Ensure high standards of quality, elegance, and personalized service
- Lead, train, and support the hotel team
- Collaborate closely with other departments in the complex: dining, events, central reception
- Provide detailed performance reports using modern tech tools
- Maintain excellent occupancy rates and ensure consistent profitability
- Supervise general upkeep and ensure all facilities are operating smoothly
- Be present on-site and represent the hotel’s brand image at all times
Your profile:3 to 5 years of experience minimum in hotel management or a similar leadership role
Exceptional sense of service, natural leadership, and strong attention to detail
Mastery of premium hospitality standards
Proficiency with PMS (Property Management Systems) and booking platforms
Team player with the ability to adapt in a multidisciplinary environment
Bilingual (French / English); any additional language is a plus

Hôtel Maurice is looking for a dedicated chauffeur to transport guests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your role is driving clients to and from Hôtel Maurice, as well as providing transportation to the airport or other destinations as needed.
Your profile:Required experience as an Uber driver or in private transport services
Experience driving luxury and/or large vehicles
Strong sense of service, discretion, and polished appearance
Punctual, reliable, and highly courteous
Good knowledge of the local area (an asset)

Your profile:Experience in front desk or customer service, ideally in hospitality
Neat appearance and excellent sense of hospitality
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressure
Comfortable with reservation software (an asset)
Functional English required — a third language is a plus
